Top Quality
One of the main reasons and benefits of using industrial robots is that they provide a top quality work. Robots are programmed to do a certain task at a high speed. The programming and robotic applications are performed at a high precision and speed. Since robots are programmed to do the same task over and over it's guarantee that they will not do a mistake if the programming of the robot is perfect. Most of the times the robots' program is perfect, therefore we can say industrial robots are perfect. To this section we can add the fact that industrial robots are not like humans and they will not get tired like a human does. As humans we tend to give less attention to our job when we get tired therefore the quality drops. Robots don't fail in this way and will always maintain a top quality work. In figure 1 below we can see how robots are now used in the car industry and how robots only do one task at a time increasing the quality and production. All industries want a top quality work in order to provide the best service possible. Most of us end up being the customer anyways and we always want well constructed products and not faulty ones. For example when robots builds a car there's less chance that the car will be faulty, in the other hand when a human builds it the chances of a faulty car increases. Therefore, the use of industrial robots doesn't only benefit industrial companies but also us, the customers.
